A successful evening training session - with local dentists

An autism awareness training specifically for dentists and their associated colleagues was held on the evening of 27th January.

We would like to thank all the dentists that came out for the 2-hour session and also to Francis Bland from Mustard Seed Autism Trust for her insight into sensory needs, and to Daniel Jeffery, our expert by experience for his helpful advice from an autistic point of view. I know the attendees greatly valued the information they gathered.

We plan to hold more of these events in the future as we know local families find it invaluable to know their local health professionals have attended training to find out more about Autism.
